I had two Sharp-tailed and at least ten Pectoral Sandpipers, as well as the Marsh Sandpiper.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/franklinhaas.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/SharpTailedSandpiper_09262019_1.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2289\"\/><figcaption>Sharp-tailed Sandpiper, Clam Lagoon, September 26, 2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Sanderling flock has grown to 32.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the Seawall, it was every man (and woman) for himself!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/franklinhaas.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/HarlequinDuck_09262019.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2287\"\/><figcaption>Harlequin Ducks, Seawall, September 26, 2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After dinner, I went back out and had five Pacific Golden-Plovers along the roadside near Landing Lights. Three of these birds still had remnants of breeding plumage, making them different from the birds we saw a few days ago.
