{"id":1586,"date":"2019-09-26T04:15:55","date_gmt":"2019-09-26T08:15:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/franklinhaas.com\/wordpress\/wednesday-september-25-2019\/"},"modified":"2023-08-24T12:08:04","modified_gmt":"2023-08-24T16:08:04","slug":"wednesday-september-25-2019","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/franklinhaas.com\/wordpress\/wednesday-september-25-2019\/","title":{"rendered":"Wednesday, September 25, 2019"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Temp in the 40s, A ray of sunshine early, then rain all day, Wind SSW 15-30 mph<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Now that\u2019s Adak weather!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Hardly any birds today, the constant rain and howling winds saw to that.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A brief rainbow when we first ventured out this morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/franklinhaas.com\/wordpress\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/06\/Rainbow_09252019.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-2281\"\/><figcaption>Rainbow on Adak, September 25, 2019<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Then the rains came!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Even the birds off the Seawall who are used to stormy seas were few and far between.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The plane arrived in spite of the weather and Bob and Steve departed this evening.
